Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund, in accordance with UK and European Economic Area consumer rights.

Eligible Items

    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

                               Unused and in the same condition that you received them

             In the original packaging

           Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:

 For hygiene reasons, custom wigs, eyelashes, and silk bonnets may have specific return restrictions. Please contact us before returning these items.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at tressbypearl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within  5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at tressbypearl@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
